3. No Attorney–Client Relationship
Using this Site, calling the Firm, or submitting information through the case review form does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only when both you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement. Until then, we are not your lawyers, and information you submit is not protected by the attorney–client privilege — although we treat all inquiries with discretion. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site.
4. Statutes of Limitation
Legal claims are subject to strict filing deadlines. In Nevada, many personal injury claims must be filed within two years, and some deadlines are shorter. Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not stop any deadline from running. If you believe you have a claim, contact an attorney promptly.
