This Privacy Policy describes how AIM Injury Law (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aiminjurylaw.com (the “Site”) or submit information through it. We take privacy seriously — both because the law requires it and because discretion is fundamental to what we do.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our case review form, call, or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your situation, which may include details about an accident, injury, or other sensitive circumstances.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, performance, and aggregate analytics purposes.
Cookies and analytics. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies, including analytics services (such as Google Analytics) and advertising measurement tools, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently sell personal information, and we honor applicable opt-out rights described below.

- To communicate with you about your inquiry or potential representation;

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site or manage inquiries (such as hosting, form processing, or intake services), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- With co-counsel, experts, or investigators if you become a client and disclosure is appropriate to your representation;
- When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights;
- In connection with a reorganization of the Firm, subject to professional responsibility rules.
4. Submissions Do Not Create an Attorney–Client Relationship
Submitting information through this Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. However, we treat inquiry submissions with care and discretion. Please do not include information you consider highly confidential in an initial submission, and do not send time-sensitive information through the Site.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain inquiry information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and as required by our professional and legal obligations.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Nevada residents may direct operators not to sell certain covered information; as noted, we do not sell personal information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this Policy does not apply to them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
